David O'Keefe has been in the real estate industry for 17 years. During that time, David has worked as Broker/Agent for Sutton Realty/Century 21 in both Kelowna and Vernon. David also sat for five years as chair of the North Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Division.
David's experience in zoning, bylaws and city planning are vast as he sat on Vernon City Council for nine years. As the owner and operator of MJO Communications, Mary Jo’s marketing endeavours include being the publisher of the Official Vernon Guide, the Osoyoos Visitor’s Guide and the North Okanagan Map Book.

Mary Jo’s knowledge stems from over 25 years in Sales and Marketing in the hospitality industry, eight years as the executive director of Vernon Tourism as well as serving on the Okanagan- Similkameen Tourism Association executive as Vice Chair representing the North Okanagan. With over 10 years’ experience as a real estate investor in both Canada and the US, this self-described “home-maker” has managed her own tenant-filled properties as well as all aspects of contracted renovations both for resale and property upgrade.
